I am deeply grateful for your decision to book me as your stylist and for placing your trust in me. I take pride in my work and creating long lasting braids, as well as providing a wide range of other services. I look forward to meeting you and fulfilling your hair needs ♥️. (Please read before booking!!) * Hair is included in all braiding and loc service. * Things to know: (Wash) is included in your service, it is your choice to wash before you come. * Detangling Service: I have been letting this slide for to long but now it’s becoming to much of a hassle. Detangling hair after it has not been properly washed is taking up to much time.. Here are the steps to properly detangle hair after taking your braids, locs, or any long term style you’ve had in. 1. Wet your hair 2. Add conditioner (however much is needed) 3. Comb hair out ( the conditioner allows the “knots, lint or anything that will tangle your hair”to slide right out) 4. Proceed to shampooing If this process is to much I am open to washing your hair or your child’s hair.. Detangling shouldn’t take no longer than 15 minutes, I am spending up to a hour and it’s becoming to much.. So with that being said I will be charging a extra fee of $40 or more for the ones I am spending more than 15 minutes on. Please be mindful of that. Thank you!! * Please come with your hair free of any products as it will compromise with the product I may use at the time. * From now on I will not service any child that is badly tender headed, will not stay still, yells, and act reckless. I will be charging a fee for this behavior. I fully understand “they are kids”and I am a very patient person but I can no longer allow this to slide anymore.. I will allow a couple of attempts to get your child hair done, if your child remains disruptive I will not finish the style. So please give your child a prep talk or have someone sit in with them. * If you do not book on the site your appointment will not be accepted. * I will not rush on any styles, as I like to take my time so please book accordingly to your personal schedule. Thank you! * Refunds: There will be absolutely no refunds. If there’s any problem with your style, please feel free to let me know right away and I will fix the problem. Please do not wait weeks or months later, I will not redo the style after you have gotten your wear out of it.. * If you would like a style that is not listed on my site, please feel to send me a picture of the style before your appointment. *Late Policy: Being on time is very important, please be respectful of my time and yours. As I am a fair person so these rules apply to me as well. After 10 minutes = $10 added After 15 minutes = $15 added After 20 minutes = $20 added After 30 minutes and no call = you will have to reschedule and be charged a $25 inconvenience fee that have to be paid before booking another appointment. Additional Fees: After hours: 8pm -12AM - $50 Squeeze ins: $30 extra depending on the day Off Days: Wednesday’s and Sunday’s -$75 extra Disruptive kids: $50 Detangling hair: $40 Thank you for taking the time out to read these rules and regulations. Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen or something’s may come up unexpectedly but to save my time from being wasted I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment as well as same day cancellation..
